This fast-paced business is growing and urgently needs to find a permanent Accounts Manager to be responsible for the finance and accounting needs of the organisation.Were looking for a hands-on, reliable, experienced and detail-oriented individual to manage all aspects of our financial operations and join our fantastic team.If you are looking for a friendly and positive team culture, look no further!About the RoleThis is an autonomous role with end-to-end responsibility for the day-to-day finances of the local operations. Reporting to the General Manager, youll work closely with our leadership team and take ownership of everything from invoicing and payroll to month-end and reporting.Youll thrive here if you like variety, autonomy, and being the "go-to" person.In this broad role, every day is different and your responsibilities will include:Daily accounting operationsaccounts payable/receivable, payroll, bank reconciliationsPreparing accurate regular reports (P&L, BAS, cashflow, Balance Sheet)Taking ownership of BAS, super, PAYG and other ATO requirementsLiaising with the internal group accountant based at Head Office, and external accountants for tax and complianceProducing accurate sales invoicing and reconciling data across our systems (MYOB + MIS)Preparing payroll, liaising with ADP, and supporting staff with queries (c.30 employees)Supporting the GM with regular P&L, BAS and Sales reporting and analysisAbout YouIf you have been the key finance person for a small business before, and you enjoy being across everything, we want to hear from you.
