With a focus on accuracy, efficiency and excellent customer service, you will be an integral part of our operations and work closely with the General Manager and Director.This is a full-time role, however, reduced/part-time hours may be considered for the right person.Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Managing all bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll, BAS reporting, general ledger reconciliations and other compliance submissions.Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial and budget reporting.Providing comprehensive administration support for the business including handling mail, managing office supplies, vehicle stock management and inventory reporting, maintaining key accounts such as Department of Transport and other utility accounts; renewing industry memberships; managing service contracts for maintenance and repairs.Coordinating HR-related activities such as recruitment, onboarding, training, offboarding, as required.Managing the accounts, transactions and compliance relating to the e-commerce platform.Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience as a bookkeeper or accounts manager, preferably within a retail, dealership, e-commerce, or small business setting.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.Experience with accounting software [BlackPurl, Neto, Xero, (desirable but not essential)] and MS Excel.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.A proactive and problem-solving approach to financial management.The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment - no days are ever the same!How to ApplyIf you meet the above criteria and are excited about the opportunity to work with us, we look forward to hearing from you.
