The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing and maintaining strong and trusting business relationships within the Gold Coast QLD and Northern Rivers NSW Regions.The Business Development Manager will be instrumental in managing a large list of clients across many market segments from architects to landscape architects, to interior designers to contractors and landscapers. It is your responsibility to seek out where the most opportunity lies. Your passion, effective self-management, motivation and follow through are what will make you successful. Based in either the Brisbane Showroom in Fortitude Valley or working remotely in your region, you will:Provide after-sales support to retain great relationshipsEnsure prompt and accurate responses to clients queriesBuild strong client relationships, through regular communicationCreating customised sales plans for key clientsPromote new products/services to existing customersWe need you to bringA natural interest and ability in building strong and trusting relationships with peopleThe ability to confidently manage client relationships and general day-to-day enquiriesGreat attention to detail in handling business development leads and managing projects from lead to deliveryAn interest in architecture and designThe ambition to grow and develop existing client relationships through exceptional service and product counselExperience with CRM software a bonus (e.g. Salesforce)Ability to work remotely for periods of time, building structure and driving momentumUnderstanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experienceStrong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationshipsIn return, well give youPerks, benefits and the space to grow.
