PB Agrifood specialises in the trading of soybeans, mungbeans, sunflowers, birdseeds, protein meal and planting seed. We are retailers of sorghum, maize, sunflower, forage sorghum and soybean seed and act as agents for HSR, Pacific Seeds, Pioneer Seeds, Nuseed and Barenbrug. PB Agrifood has its own food standard processing and grading facility.About the role/sYour future job would entail assisting in production in either: operating the mill, grading or premix plants where you would be milling stock feeds, batching animal feed ingredients, or grading legumes and grains at our food standard processing facility. Duties also include bagging and sewing off the product, cleaning and hygiene duties and assisting in the loading and unloading of raw materials and products. As an Operator, you will also be responsible for leading a small team to ensure production activities are safe, efficient, and achieve the desired output levels.If you do not have operating experience, but have worked in a labouring position or production environment and have your forklift licence, we still encourage you to apply.
