In this position you will be responsible for assisting with the day to day running of the outlet by providing hands on support to the entire front of house team.The successful candidate will be a leader who has a high level of customer service with the ability to develop, implement and maintain all operational procedures and standards to meet the outlet goals.ABOUT YOUPrevious leadership experience in a premium dining environment, Asian/Japanese cuisine is desirablePassion for the hospitality industryAbility to coach and train team members effectively on Standard Operating ProceduresProficiency to handle guest complaints and improve serviceFlexibility to work a rotating rosterStrong product knowledge and intermediate stakeholder management skillsHold a valid and current NSW RSA Competency CardWHAT WE OFFERWork-life balance, receive your roster 4 weeks in advanceFree meals at our employee dedicated restaurantPaid parental leavePlease note this is a permanent full-time role consisting of 40 hours of work per week.
