Job Description

The Channel Sales Specialist is responsible for establishing and maintaining Cashflow Managers client and partner relationships, for the purpose of generating maximum revenue. It is expected the candidate will identify high-value leads and key potential partners, and develop strategies for converting those connections into productive and profitable relationships.What Youll DoDevelop relationships with channel partners, that is, organisations where CFMs products add-value to their customers.Facilitate the joint selling between channel partners and Cashflow Managers direct-sales team.Work with senior management to devise and implement go-to-market strategies to acquire customers through channel partners.Assist marketing to drive campaign activity in collaboration with partners.Work closely with the marketing, operations, and technology teams to provide partner feedback to improve our product offering and customer experience.Understand the market dynamics and industry-specific trends and landscapes to bring new insights and solutions to grow sustainable business results.Responsible for channel sales revenue.Forecast and track account metrics.Deliver revenue budgets.Contribute to the development of annual sales budgets.Deliver monthly reports on all sales activity.Proactively support and build relationships with other areas of the business.Build strong business relationships with key channel partners to ensure correlation between company objectives and partner objectives.Skills and ExperienceOutstanding sales and account management focus.Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset.Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise work.Attention to detail and problem solving.Demonstrated skills in MS Office.Able to deliver successful outcomes, including the brokering of partnerships.Demonstrates initiative and drives their own individual performance.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Ability to efficiently build rapport and maintain positive working relationships.BenefitsAbility to work from anywhere within Australia.
