Now more than ever, the path to conquering blood cancer requires us to work together and ensure 100% access to the right information, the best treatments, the latest trials, tests and diagnostic tools; and the best supportive care to help people not just to survive - but also to live well.Job DescriptionThe Marketing Planning Manager is a full time 12-month contract role responsible for implementing the current annual marketing & communications plan and work to align the marketing communications team & broader organisation around key priorities & needs as well as keeping current programs optimized.This position can be based out of either our Melbourne office (Carlton) or our Brisbane office (Dutton Park). Leukaemia Foundation adopts a hybrid working model, therefore if you have a suitable home workstation you will have the flexibility to work from home two days a week.Your key responsibilities will include:Partner and work cross-functionally to devise the annual marketing & communications plan to support the achievement of fundraising revenue growth, reach and utilisation of health care services and support improvement of brand health metrics.Create transparency around the priorities and focus areas within marketing & comms and across the broader organisation to drive alignment.Be the central conduit into the department for new briefs and establish which team members are best to respond and manage the program of work.Review performance of activity and support decision making around priorities and focus areas for the marketing plan.Act as the campaign planning lead for major campaigns working across the marketing and comms team and partnering with the fundraising teams to bring together an integrated GTM approach.Embed forums to assess performance of major campaigns in real time to drive optimisation decisions across earned, owned and paid activity.Partner with the Head of Digital & Marketing Automation to implement new departmental processes to enable agility and collaboration.Partner with the GM of Marketing & Communications to develop the annual budget submission on the basis of planned activities and defined priority initiatives.Ensure effective allocation of funds based on priorities and needs and look to support re-distribution of funds based on changing organisational priorities and needs.Work with the Marketing & Communications leadership team to ensure spend is in line with forecasts.Does this sound like you:Relevant tertiary qualifications in commerce, marketing or media, plus a minimum of 7 years experience in marketing planning and prioritisation.Demonstrated knowledge and experience in marketing planning and prioritisation.Strong ability to engage, influence and drive alignment across teams.Demonstratable experience in defining and embedding new processes and ways of working.Strong commercial acumen and grasp of effective budget forecasting and management.Strong background in through the line campaign management.Knowledge and exposure to NFP environments is advantageous but not essential.At Leukaemia Foundation we offer:Salary including generous salary packaging up to $15,900.Salary packaging meal and entertainment card $2,650.Ongoing training and development.A collaborative, innovative and supportive team culture.Social and well-being activities.Employee Assistance Program.To Apply:If you''re interested in this exciting role, please send through a one-page cover letter addressing the essential requirements of the role and your CV in PDF via the apply button on Seek or through the Leukaemia Foundation website.
