GLO Gelato is a new business on Lygon Street in the heart of Carlton, seeking a Gelato Customer Experience Specialist to join us on a casual basis for 3-4 shifts per week, 3-8 hour shifts, anytime between 11:30am - 11:30pm.Attributes:Energetic and welcoming personalityA love for providing exceptional customer serviceAbility to serve a line of customers with a friendly approachAbility to have friendly banter and conversation with customersResponsibilities:Performing set up and pack down at the open or close of the storeMaintain the overall cleanliness of the locationScoop our range of gelato using a paddlePrepare drinks for customersPack and organise Uber Eats & online orders of cakes and gelato for customer pick up or deliveryFlexible hours to fit around your needs.Restaurant Industry award level 3 rate: $32.25 per hour + penalty rates.Great location with a pay increase to $35 per hour base rate after the first 12 weeks of training.About:GLO Gelato is where fun and flavour reign supreme, and our motto is ''more is more!''
