$106,728 $111,446 + super + salary packagingRise is on the hunt for a Senior Coordinator in our Scheduling team to cover a 12-month maternity leave, starting as soon as possible. In this role, you will manage a team of centralised aged care schedulers and develop a high-performance culture committed to quality and outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for leading the team to maximise efficient and effective scheduling practices. Excitedly, you will also be involved in the implementation of new Scheduling software at Rise.A typical day may look like:Monitoring and directing fair and equitable scheduling of staff in accordance with the SCHCDSI Award, Individual Flexibility Agreements, budgets, WHS and client requirements.Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, identifying inefficiencies in procedures and generating solutions.Monitoring, maintaining, reporting on program staffing levels and agency usage against department KPIs.Providing expert scheduling advice on complex matters.Staff management including leading, mentoring, training, recruiting, and managing performance.Completing administration and project work as required.Stepping in to relieve other Senior Coordinator roles within the scheduling team when required (e.g., sickness/holiday cover).Working hours are Monday to Friday on a rotating roster with our other Senior Coordinators (0600 - 1406 hrs, 0700 - 1506 hrs or 0800 - 1606 hrs). You will be based at our Helens Place office (Middle Swan) and once up-to-speed/approved you may enjoy work-from-home hybrid flexibility.
