This full-time position is based at our central office in Balcatta and reports directly to the Care Director. It is a strategic leadership role that will contribute to the continuous improvement of care, staff development, compliance, and operational excellence.As the Assistant Care Director, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of person-centered care. You will work closely with the Care Director to lead teams, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with Australian Aged Care Quality Standards.
