We are looking for venue managers and assistant managers with strong experience and passion for hospitality, joining our exciting journey within existing venues.About the roleAs Venue Manager and Assistant Manager, you play a vital role in driving the customer service at Mrk, ensuring it is warm, memorable and knowledgeable at all times. We want our guest experience to be one of curiosity and excitement, delivered confidently and built on the strong culture of the brand and the passion that we represent. It is vital that you are experienced in working with high volume hospitality venues, and able to motivate your team with energy and enthusiasm.You lead with strong team management skills, maintaining high quality standards across all aspects of store operations, including stock management, store presentation, product training and achieving weekly store budgets.
