We provide 12 weeks of comprehensive on-the-job training to set you up for success.We welcome people from a broad range of backgrounds who are looking for a career change, including nurses, laboratory technicians, tradespeople, defence personnel, process operators, drivers (truck, train, bus, or waste removal) and more!If you enjoy fast-paced, active work environments, have a passion for learning, and are looking to build a career in Aviation, we strongly encourage you to complete the expression of interest form.About the RoleJoin our company as an Aircraft Refueller at our Viva Energy Australia and Skyfuel Australia sites located nationwide, including:Melbourne, VICSydney, NSWBankstown, NSWBrisbane, QLDDarwin, NTAlice Springs, NTPerth, WAKarratha, WABroome, WAAs an Aircraft Refueller, you will play a critical role in safely and efficiently refuelling aircraft. Every day is different, and youll be part of a supportive team that values safety, precision, and teamwork.Key ResponsibilitiesWorking on the airport tarmac to assist customers and conduct refuelling of aeroplanesDriving and operating fuel dispensers, including Heavy Rigid (HR) vehiclesPerforming manual handling, data entry, and fuel quality testingDelivering exceptional customer serviceUnderstanding and operating fuel dispensing equipmentKey QualitiesStrong communication skills with a positive outlookDesire to work and contribute to a high performing teamStrong work ethic, reliable and trustworthyMechanical aptitudeStrong commitment to HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) practicesReliable transport and current driver''s licence (min. two years full licence)Flexibility to cover changing workload demand within an airport over a 24-hour operation which will include weekend workAbout Viva EnergyJoin a team that values diversity.
