You will provide expert advice, showcase our home designs, and manage the sales process from initial enquiry to contract signing.Main Responsibilities:Display excellent customer service skills and have a strong understanding of the Regent Homes offeringsExpand existing business opportunities by developing and maintaining a network of industry partners such as real estate agents, mortgage brokers, conveyancers, land developers, local community providers, and industry bodiesImprove Regent Homes brand recognition and financial growthMeeting and greeting prospective customers as they walk through our display home/s with the intent to serve, lead capture, and initiate a relationshipQualify prospective customers to identify those who are closely aligned with our market offeringBe accountable for achieving sales targets and budgetsMaintaining positive and productive relationships with customers as well as internal and external stakeholdersEngage and maintain an accurate and up-to-date Customer Relationship Management system (HubSpot)Prepare accurate operational checklists to ensure the greater business can meet the needs of each individual customerEnsure display homes are open at published times and ensure the highest presentation standards are achievedWhat you will bring:A proven track record in sales, preferably within the property, real estate, or new home building industryExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and trustA passion for helping clients find their perfect home, paired with a customer-first mindsetStrong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-driven attitudeAbility to manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to contract signingA high level of personal presentation and professionalismStrong organisational skills and attention to detailContribute to a high-performance work environment and add a positive contribution to the work cultureAvailability to work weekends and public holidays (with days off during the week)Current drivers licence and reliable transportTo Apply:Click Apply and upload a current Resume addressing the above criteria.
