We are based on the Elanora State School site and have a positive connection with the school. We operate independently though and are managed by The C&K Association. We are a small team of educators consisting of two Co-Directors/ ECTs and a number of Inclusion Support Assistants.We are looking for a new team player to complete our team of dedicated educators. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a broad understanding of and experience in high-quality early years practices. They will be committed to contribute to and further enhance our service quality practices and able to contribute to professional conversations and reflections. We seek someone who is well organised, shows initiative, will show pride in maintaining our inviting learning environment and demonstrates professional integrity.An important part of the requirements are excellent communication skills, with children, families and co-workers.
