This position is part of the Capability & Culture Unit within the People & Capability Department.You will coordinate training and development events, manage logistics, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure the smooth operation of key learning systems. You will also help track expenditure, process reimbursements, and contribute to communication and recognition initiatives.Reporting to the Senior Capability & Engagement Practitioner, this role involves a mix of administrative coordination, system maintenance, data analysis, and stakeholder support. You will act as a first point of contact for Capability & Culture inquiries and provide guidance on available programs and tools.You will enjoy working in a continuous improvement environment. With a systematic way of thinking, you will enjoy troubleshooting scenarios to get to the bottom of a situation, with the ability to problem solve and come up with options and solutions. With attention to detail and a knack for digital platforms, you will support the team in adapting processes between systems.This role offers flexibility, with opportunities for hybrid work arrangements and varying start/end times.
