Our beverages range from coffee, craft beer and creative cocktails to carefully curated local and imported wines and spirits.The successful applicants will need to possess the following:Industry experience as a waiter or bartender - restaurant experience is preferred but not essentialExceptional grooming & presentationCurrent & valid Responsible Serving of Alcohol CertificateWeekend availability is essential!We are looking for self-motivated staff with a positive attitude, the ability to take on responsibility, but also be able to work as part of a high performing team.Previous experience in fine dining or casual fine dining environment will be viewed favourably.
