Their diverse portfolio spans brand positioning, segmentation, pricing strategy, CX/UX optimisation, and technology-focused research for both Australian and international clients, including markets in Japan and Korea.Beyond traditional research execution, the Account Director will serve as a strategic partner to clientsmanaging projects from initial pitch through to final presentation. They will develop bespoke methodologies, generate actionable insights that drive business decisions, and mentor junior team members to nurture the next generation of research talent.
