MBA desired.ExperienceMinimum of 10 years of management experience in a complex manufacturing environment, preferably in Electronics equipment Industry.Site manufacturing operations/business experience is preferred.Experience in implementing continuous improvement and Lean methodologies.Strong Leadership skills in mentoring and developing strong teams.Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesExcellent written and oral communication skills with ability to communicate broad concepts to all levels of a technical and non-technical organization.Strong analytical capability and business insight with consistent record of success in highly matrixed management environment.Demonstrate Thermo Fisher Scientific values Integrity, Intensity, Innovation and Involvement.Demonstrated history of driving cross-functional and diverse teams to succeed.
