This also means we are often faced with challenging situations and its due to the diversity of our people and the feeling of empowerment they have to speak up and be part of a solution that we can overcome them.Were nimble and responsive, creating opportunities for our great people to realise their career goals, or simply be part of a great team where they belong.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure all deliveries are made in correct manner and time frame and monitor driver creditsMaintain vehicles ensuring services are carried out when and as requiredEnsure staff evaluation, recruitment and training procedures are adhered toEnsure wages, budgets and freight charges are kept within guidelinesFollow company procedures relating to any issues raised regarding driversInvolve and receive feedback from supervisors daily/ongoingCo-ordinate effective and efficient routing of all trucks and staff to ensure maximum delivery and serviceRegular discussion with Sales Representatives in regards to customer requirements and driver feedbackAttend daily credit meeting.
