CASPA SERVICES LTD POSITION VACANCY Director Non Executive Paid roleCASPA is looking for engaged and experienced Directors to join our Board and support our mission to help children, young people, families and people with disabilities in regional Australia feel connected to their communities, with access to support, resources and opportunities to thrive.ABOUT THE ROLEThis role will require:Attendance at a minimum of 7 Board meetings a year, either face to face or online.Participation in at least one Board sub-committee, which meets as required (usually 4-5 meetings per year).Attendance in person at an annual strategy workshop located in the Northern Rivers of NSW.Successful candidates will be expected to have a working knowledge of the regulatory and compliance requirements of a Board role and preferably be members of AICD.CASPA is particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate substantial experience, expertise, or qualification in one or more of the following subject areas:Financial management and accountingBusiness acumen and strategic managementAICD accreditation and experience in the role of ChairRisk management and assuranceApplicants with networks related to philanthropic investment, impact investing, notable sponsorship relationships, etc., will be highly regarded.We are looking for Directors based anywhere in Australia, but preferably in areas of our current operation being in the Northern Territory, North Queensland, and Northern NSW.ABOUT THE ORGANISATIONCASPA Services Ltd is a not-for-profit organisation providing a range of specialised care services to support complex trauma-based needs for children, young people, families, and people living with disabilities.
