We are seeking a Part-Time HR Administrator who is passionate about human resources, has strong organisational skills, and a commitment to supporting both employees and managers.Key Responsibilities:Handling high volumes of telephone and face-to-face inquiries, data entry, and a range of general office duties associated with a busy HR environment.Maintaining resource manning levels to meet business requirements.Providing high-level administrative support to the HR Department.Compilation of weekly HR KPI reports.Ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures.Developing effective relationships with all relevant internal stakeholders.Updating and maintaining all HR records, employee files, and systems database.Compliance with Human Resources Management System (HRMS).Assisting with recruitment and induction processes when required.Backup Payroll.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices and a passion for fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.Qualifications:Available for a 4.30am start.Strong administration and data processing skills.HR experience will be highly regarded.Ability to work professionally and effectively within a team environment.Highly developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.Must be able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Background in manufacturing experience is ideal but not essential to be successful in this role.Flexible to work with day-to-day people matters and operations, including the completion of the necessary administration.How to Apply?Are you ready to be part of the 3rd largest Food & Beverage company in the world (Just behind Nestle & Pepsi!) and have the opportunity to shape the future of our P&C function, working closely with leaders and HR professionals across the region? #J-18808-Ljbffr
