To help us deliver on this vision, we are searching for an Hospitality Manager to lead our experience team and oversee operations at our new location in Sydney.THE ROLEAs a Hospitality Manager, your role is all about owning and supporting the delivery of the member and guest experience at Saint Haven. Providing exceptional experiences is at the heart of this role in addition to managing all aspects of Front of House (people leadership, recruitment, on-boarding, ongoing training and development, revenue, and cost control management).Leadership & Team ManagementLead and manage the Front of House, Concierge, and Food & Beverage Service teams.Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team aligned with Saint Haven values.Provide ongoing performance feedback and manage underperformance when needed.Act as a role model, consistently delivering exceptional service and motivating others to do the same.Operations & Guest ExperienceDeliver seamless, high-touch service throughout all guest and member interactions.Maintain a strong presence on the floor, ensuring standards are upheld across all areas.Take ownership of all Front of House activities.Oversee opening and closing procedures of the club as needed.Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed according to the Saint Haven Framework.Strategic & Commercial FocusDevelop and implement business plans that drive revenue and boost member engagement.Monitor and manage Front of House costs in line with budget expectations.Use data and feedback to make informed decisions and improve service delivery.Work closely with senior leadership to shape and execute club events and experiences.Member RelationsHandle member feedback and enquiries promptly and professionally.Continuously seek ways to enhance the member journey and overall satisfaction.Foster a warm, welcoming environment that encourages member loyalty and engagement.ATTRIBUTES, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEOperational Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing housekeeping, maintenance, and operational procedures in a high-end service environment.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with strong skills in team management, rostering, and performance development.Detail-Oriented: A meticulous focus on presentation standards and operational excellence to reflect brand values.Problem-Solving Ability: Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to resolving operational and maintenance challenges.Safety-Focused: In-depth understanding of safety regulations, injury management, and compliance procedures.Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and locations efficiently, ensuring smooth operations across all clubs.EMPLOYEE BENEFITSEnjoy exclusive team member pricing at our restaurant, including a complimentary daily hot beverage, as well as discounts in our retail area.Team-building sessions held in our exclusive private wellness club, designed to boost collaboration, creativity, and camaraderie while fostering stronger connections in an inspiring and energizing environment.Access to an Employee Assistance ProgramIf youre passionate about state-of-the-art hospitality experience, eager to work with amazing clients, and ready to make a real impact, we want you on our team.TO APPLYIf you are passionate about human connection, dedicated to excellence, and eager to create magical moments for our members, we would love to hear from you.
