Achieving success relies on efficient batch execution and surpassing industry norms.Build and cultivate an impactful team through strong mentoring and leadership, focusing on growth and development to build talent depth.Work independently to identify and overcome practical problems to deliver sustained improvement within the site key performance indicators of Right the First Time and On Time Delivery.Work with the Quality Department to manage quality documents and records, engaging with global and local compliance teams to ensure standards for the Brisbane site.Adhere to the Patheon cGMP Quality Management System and the Patheon EH&S requirements.Assist team SMEs with troubleshooting, transfer/implementation of new technologies, and coworker training.Keys to Success:Education:Tertiary Education in a science or engineering-based field (i.e. biopharmaceutical manufacture, biotechnology, process technology).Knowledge, Skills & Experience:5-7 years'' leadership experience within a Biopharmaceutical GMP manufacturing environment to build effective teams.Science experience related to the pharmaceutical industry.Proven knowledge of Biologics processing and compliance management within GMP/GLP regulations in cGMP/cGLP manufacturing environment is required.Strong interpersonal, scheduling, and planning skills and the ability to work unsupervised.Flexibility, reliability, and assertiveness, with a responsible and proactive demeanour.Benefits:Join our team and take advantage of these benefits!
