Feel valued in the workplace, join a well-structured team that cares and is always looking out for each other.Roles And Responsibilities Of The Contracts Administrator Will Include:Preparing, collating and evaluating tender documentation.Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules.Progress claim assistance and external variations.Review, negotiation, and finalisation of subcontracts.Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims.Communicating regularly with project stakeholders (verbally and written) as required by the Project Manager.To be considered for the role of Contracts Administrator you will require:Degree qualified in construction management or equivalent.Minimum 2 years experience as a Contracts Administrator.Proven ability to assess commercial and contractual risks, identify and implement appropriate controls and escalate where necessary.Demonstrate strong leadership skills, work collaboratively and drive customer-focused outcomes.Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally.Experience using commercial software.If you have any questions relating to the role or any other opportunities with D&B and our clients, please contact Beth Hampson-Smith on 0478 041 269 or email bethany@designandbuild.com.au or click apply.Your application will be treated as strictly confidential for your own protection with your current role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
