Passionate about ensuring smooth operations? Look no further! Were seeking a Roster Controller to efficiently coordinate rosters and work schedules. Your role is critical in ensuring our Skills Teams deliver an outstanding learning experience for students.Key Responsibilities:Manage, prepare and verify rostersCollaborate with Head Teachers and relevant stakeholdersAllocate resources and provide expert advice to ensure efficient resource utilisationCreate clear and concise reports for stakeholders, guiding strategic decisionsAbout YouAre you ready to make an impact? Your proactive approach, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders across a dispersed team will be key assets in this role.
