Parts Interpreter, Jeep, FIAT & Alfa RomeoStellantis Australia is seeking to appoint a Parts Interpreter who is responsible for providing direct support and expert guidance to the Stellantis Dealer Network, in relation to parts interpretation, availability and delivery of parts, diagnostics and other parts related queries.This position reports directly to the Manager, Parts Commercial Operations with key responsibilities for the following deliverables:Manage all parts relating cases raised via Salesforce by Dealers within the Dealer Parts Assistance Centre (DPAC).Provide accurate and timely parts catalogue interpretations, guidance and information to internal and Dealer teams.Partner with Inventory, Purchasing and the 3PL Warehouse service provider on a daily basis, providing assistance in all areas relating to parts operations.Ensure DPAC response and case closure times meet department KPIs as set by management.Implement and/or update Stellantis and Dealer processes to improve the information flow to the Dealer Network and service levels.Continuously improve and provide the Service VOR reporting (Parts cases) & associated Parts operations actions.Participate in weekly Customer Focus meetings, leading associated actions relating to parts back orders and escalations.Proactive bulletin creation and distribution to Dealers relating to Parts Operations and DAPC.Develop and deliver parts training for internal and Dealer Parts teams on processes and systems SAP; STAR Parts; EPUR; eLink; Salesforce System. (online or face to face).Support inbound quality checks.Project work to support and develop business strategies and procedures.This position will be based in Mickleham, and will be required to attend the office 4 days per week.Minimum Qualifications:Automotive Technical qualification or equivalent experience4 years or more in a similar role in automotive or related industries, specifically Aftersales Parts and Accessories.Job-Specific Skills:Automotive experience with a clear understanding of supply chain, logistics, product and transport methods.Experience with Parts catalogue systems essential.Experience in using SAP and Salesforce.Excellent computer literacy, including database software and/or business systems & Microsoft office.Strong communication skills oral, written and listening.Good analytical and negotiation skills with close attention to detail.Demonstrable customer focus experience Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
