With a strong national presence and ongoing expansion, theyre seeking a confident operator to take full ownership of a key portfolio.In this hands-on role, youll manage the end-to-end placement, leasing, and performance of amusement machines across major shopping centres. Youll liaise with internal teams, landlords, and franchisees to ensure everything runs smoothly and commercially.Responsibilities:Administer all leasing and licensing agreements with shopping centres and retail sitesCoordinate site surveys, prepare proposals, and present to landlordsMonitor and report on machine performance to identify move or upgrade opportunitiesEnsure machine placements align with business strategy and operational plansAction landlord requests and follow up on property-related issues in a timely mannerBuild and maintain strong relationships with shopping centre groups and internal departmentsAct as a key point of contact for all property mattersEnsure confidentiality and integrity of all lease and property dataThe Candidate:Solid experience in retail property or lease management, ideally in a multi-site environmentStrong understanding of shopping centre floor plans and tenant mix strategyExcellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skillsProactive, hands-on approach with a high attention to detailAbility to read commercial contracts and manage lease termsComfortable working face-to-face with stakeholders and representing the businessStrong administrative skills and commercial acumenAbility to work autonomously and take full ownership of your portfolioIf you''re a confident, detail-oriented property manager whos ready for a fresh challenge in a growing, innovative industry we want to hear from you.Apply now and take the next step in your career with a business that leads from the front.Please call Tiffany Jolly from Gough Recruitment at 0412 761 144 or email your CV to tjolly@goughrecruitment.com.au.All applications will be held in the strictest of confidence.
