We are looking for an experienced Property Manager who has a strong focus on providing service excellence in their communication with both tenants and landlords. Flexible work hours can be arranged over 4 or 5 days per week, 30 hours per week.You will be managing your own quality portfolio of approx 70 select properties, backed by an amazing team.Role and Responsibilities:Maintenance managementEnd-to-end portfolio management of approx. 70 local propertiesCutting-edge entry, exit and routine reportingCourt and insurance mattersLease renewalsLiaise with existing Landlords & TenantsOrganise and facilitate open for inspections on new and existing managementsMaintain an organized database of prospective tenantsProcess and finalise applications for potential tenantsCreate and execute marketing plan for all new managementsSkills and Experience:As this role has a strong emphasis on ensuring that properties are expertly managed, the perfect candidate will enjoy the challenge of providing thorough communication and reporting which exceed industry standards. The successful applicant will also exhibit outstanding maintenance management skills.
