We aim to maintain a positive work culture, so please read and adhere to the THS Code of Conduct and demonstrate the CARE values of the THS.The Role:Within a primary health care context and under the guidelines of the Community Home Care Service Program (CHSP) and the Tasmanian Home and Community Care Program (HACC), supervise and coordinate activities of the Home Care Service (HCS).Provide effective and efficient supervision of human and physical resources of the HCS.Provide supportive on-the-job training.Work with a diverse team within the community setting.Permanent role.Note: - Please refer to the Statement of Duties for all the selection criteria of this position to address in your application.Details of appointment:Permanent, full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from the 4 May 2025.*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.Salary: $73,811 to $79,779 per annum.
