Together with our 53+ years experience within the cleaning industry, our growth and business strategy will be one driven from contemporary methodologies through technology advancement and our continual commitment to the environment through our ESG targets and objectives.Our Values:Safety in everything we doTeam collaboration and respectEnvironment & SustainabilityExceptional customer servicePeople, Passion & PrideAs a leading service provider for Cleaning Services within the Industrial cleaning industry, Menzies is now looking to expand our team and are now looking for passionate, qualified, and enthusiastic cleaning team members for Energy Australia - Yallourn within the Gippsland region.Menzies currently delivers cleaning services to a number of Industrial client locations throughout the country including: South32, Western Power, Energy Australia, BlueScope, Synergy, Rio Tinto, and many others.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are currently seeking reliable cleaners to work at Energy Australia across multiple shift times and rosters including but not limited to: weekdays and weekends.Shifts could potentially be:Monday to Friday @ 2 pm to 6 pmSaturday and Sunday @ 6.00am-10.00am and 2.00pm-6.00pmThe specific responsibilities might include:Detailed cleans of public areas including offices, facilities & washroomsAmenities cleaningToilet, external areas, and walkway cleaningStrong understanding of WHS requirementsEnsuring compliance with company proceduresResponding to scheduled and ad-hoc customer requestsMust be able to complete and pass site induction.Licence and own transport required.We would be very interested in meeting with you if you have the following experience in addition to the above:Strip and sealing of floorsBuffing and scrubbing hard floorsCleaning experience preferred but not essential.All applicants must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a police check and a medical health check / drug and alcohol testing as a condition of employment.Applicants who are not Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents must provide proof of entitlement to work including any restrictions on hours of work.Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islanders are encouraged to apply.EMPLOYEE BENEFITSHere at Menzies, we expect loyalty, respect, and teamwork between colleagues.
