You possess the ability to spot issues before they escalate (today''s leak could become tomorrow''s flood!) and you skilfully employ your handy tools to address a diverse range of tasks, ensuring the property remains in impeccable condition.The RoleAbove award hourly rate offered + weekend penaltiesThis is a permanent part-time position working hours mostly from 9am till 5pm with occasional requirement to work SaturdaysPrior experience in property maintenance and familiarity with preventative maintenance programs is a plus no official qualifications requiredPrimary ResponsibilitiesTake charge of ensuring that all rooms, amenities, and communal spaces within the property are well-maintained and in excellent conditionCollaborate with a diverse team, requiring both a cooperative mindset and the ability to work independentlyEncounter stimulating challenges that require innovative solutionsBe thoroughly trained and provided information on how to progress in your fieldSkills and ExperienceComfortable in a physical role, have a get-up-and-go attitude and be someone who wont stop until the job is completed in a safe and presentable mannerPrior experience in property maintenance and familiarity with preventative maintenance programs is a plusConfident in communicating effectively at all levels, from the General Manager to guests and contractors working onsiteCapable of embracing a flexible rotating schedule, including weekends and public holidaysAt Accor, we welcome you as you are.
