Our Grounds Team plays a vital role in upholding our high standards and ensuring the course remains in pristine condition year-round.About the Role:We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Groundsperson to join our passionate and professional team. This full-time position reports directly to the Course Manager and is responsible for assisting with the maintenance and development of the golf course and surrounding areas.Key Responsibilities:Carrying out general course maintenance duties.Safely and efficiently operating a wide range of turf maintenance equipment.Setting up the golf course for daily play.Performing bunker maintenance and other fine detail work.Working individually or as part of a team with a focus on quality and precision.Qualifications & Experience:Experience in grounds or turf maintenance is preferred, but not essential.Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.Good communication and teamwork skills.A genuine interest in golf course presentation and care.What We Offer:A supportive and professional work environment.Early morning hours (5:00am 2:00pm, Monday to Friday) and rotating weekend roster.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Complimentary on-site parking.The chance to work at one of Australias most prestigious golf clubs.How to Apply:Please send your resume and cover letter via the table below to apply.
