Feel the difference of belonging to an organisation intentionally designed to put people first.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Team Manager with proven experience in managing dispute resolution teams in Superannuation, General Insurance, or Investments & Advice. In this role, you will provide operational leadership to a team of dispute resolution specialists while driving continuous improvement in our complaint resolution process. You will effectively manage the complex and varied workload including batched complaints, to ensure that tasks are prioritised, segmented, and completed in manageable increments.With your empathetic and kind approach, you will inspire and motivate your team to achieve success. Your industry knowledge and understanding of relevant policies will be instrumental in ensuring efficient and effective complaint resolution.QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Extensive experience in the financial services industry, preferably General Insurance, Investments & Advice, Superannuation.Familiarity with external dispute resolution and complaint resolution processes.Willingness to learn and grow alongside your team.Passionate, positive, and aligned with our company culture.Proven ability to work autonomously, adapt to change, and manage workloads effectively.Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.Ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders through effective communication skills.A strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and align team objectives with broader organisational goals.The ability to analyse complex situations, develop long-term plans, and implement actions to drive both short-term success and sustained growth.To applyIf youre passionate about fairness and believe your skills align with this role, we encourage you to applyeven if you dont meet every single criterion.
