Managing partners diary, notifying them of their attendances for the coming day and scheduling meetings for Partner where necessary.Partner phone call triage. Answering phone calls and assisting with client enquiries in the absence of Partner where instructed.Partner email triage. Review and sort all emails in the Partners individual outlook inbox daily.Liaise with the lawyers in the Partners team regarding client matters and other firm operation issues where instructed.Assist the Partner with business development, events and other client opportunities.Partner time entry. Ensuring Partner has time recorded and entered in to practice management software daily.Support with basic document preparation. Receive and prepare basic documents by way of dictation or other instruction.Assisting with collating briefs to barristers and with preparing court and other necessary documents.Basic data entry in CRM and document management systems.General administrative support to partner. Dry cleaning, shopping, miscellaneous personal tasks.General office support where needed.Collaboration with other Partner PA, Office Manager and Admin staff.What will set you apart?The quality of your organisation skills as an experienced EA, with rigorous diary, time, and email management.
