Principal Consultant, Property ManagementAn exciting opportunity awaits for a dynamic individual seeking growth in a thriving company. We are looking for a full-time Leasing Manager to join a team in the Greater Cleveland Area. In this role, you will be responsible for leasing at multiple Built-to-Rent (BTR) apartment locations, with time split between different sites depending on lead traffic and company needs. This position plays a key role in leasing for new luxury properties and training new leasing agents across the portfolio.Responsibilities:Provide guided and virtual tours of apartment communities to prospective residents.Train new leasing agents across the company (both virtually and in person).Adapt to new leasing initiatives and work at various sites based on demand.Maintain accurate records of phone and walk-in traffic using approved traffic logs and guest cards.Help prospective residents find homes that best suit their needs, showcasing the benefits of our homes and services.Ensure the community is well-maintained with regular unit and site inspections.Oversee the leasing process, including sales techniques, lead generation, and management.Establish and execute a monthly outreach plan and schedule regular resident events.Keep current on property details, including sister properties and competitors.Assist with developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase property traffic and internet leads.Comply with all relevant laws, including the Fair Housing Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other apartment rental laws.Manage lease-related paperwork, including applications, move-in information, lease files, renewal letters, move-out requests, and other documents used for leasing and resident relations.Take on additional roles as needed to help meet property goals.In the absence of a community manager, take leadership to ensure daily property goals are met.Perform other duties as requested by management.Ideal Candidate:Minimum of 3 years of experience in apartment management or a similar direct sales environment, ideally in a supervisory role.Training experience is a plus.Ability to maintain an organized and clean workplace.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong persuasive marketing and sales skills (both phone and in person).Customer service-oriented.Strong organizational skills.Schedule:Monday Friday, 9 AM 6 PMWeekend availability is required (5-day work week with occasional weekends).Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales, Management, and Training #J-18808-Ljbffr
