Are you a software Implementation Consultant or Business Analyst with a desire to travel and experience new work environments with our customers in the mining and natural resource sector?What you will doWorking with our team of project managers, business analysts, software developers, IT professionals, and other industry experts, the primary responsibility of this role is to interact directly with our clients, which operate largely in the mining, renewable energy, and oil & gas space, to implement our Landfolio solution.The role''s focus areas are documenting business processes and user requirements, collating GIS and business data, coordinating product configuration and delivery, and training users. These are key elements in the project lifecycle, ensuring the effective delivery of our Landfolio solution to our global client base.The role will suit a self-starter with a dedicated can-do attitude. If youre seeking a challenge and something a little different from a regular office-based job, then this opportunity could be for you.Must have skills & experience:Degree in GIS, Environmental/Earth Sciences, Urban and Regional Planning, Surveying, Information Systems or similar fieldsMin. 5 years experience as a Software Implementation Consultant, Business Analyst or GIS ConsultantExperience in mining, energy, or natural resource sectorsExternal client-facing consulting and workshop facilitation/presentation experienceBusiness process documentation experience, including using flowchart and diagram creation tools such as Lucid Charts/MS VisioUnderstanding of GIS software and data (ArcGIS)Understanding of the software development life cycleUnderstanding of basic project management principlesAdvanced English language skills (verbal and written)Key ResponsibilitiesUser requirements analysis and gathering for external customersDesign and documentation of client business processesConfiguration and testing of the Landfolio and related software productsRequirements gathering and testing of custom reports and dashboardsAssist with data gathering, data mapping, and importsConduct client User Acceptance TestingSpending time on-site with clients to conduct workshops, training, UATs, and provide user supportPersonal attributes that well be looking out for:Excellent interpersonal skillsOrganizational and time management skillsAbility to work autonomously but also within a project teamA willingness to travel and work onsite with clientsThis is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in the Perth CBD office, Western Australia.ApplyIf you are interested in the above position, meet the selection criteria and have the right to work in Australia, please submit your application as soon as possible.About Spatial DimensionSpatial Dimension is a global leader providing enterprise-scale land management software to customers across both commercial and government sectors.
