What a great place to learn and develop your career!A typical day may look like:Reporting to the Merchandise Manager, this role is responsible for providing sales support to our merchandise teams including:Performing general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goodsAssisting customers with pricing and product queriesProcessing counter salesUndertaking all tasks and activities in a safe manner in accordance with Company policies and processesMaintaining a welcoming, friendly, and well-presented store environmentLoading and unloading trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveriesAbout you:To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a busy team environment.You will have a passion for agriculture, and a strong sales background.Ideally you will demonstrate:Experience working within a sales environmentEffective verbal communications skillsA proactive approach to work and practical organisation skillsExcellent attention to detailProblem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptlyAbility to identify ways to improve internal sales processesSound computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookA current drivers license is essential and a forklift license would be highly advantageousWere invested in youWe have a strong culture of empowerment where your career is in your own hands - you have the accountability and autonomy to go as far as youre willing.
