Founded in Ballarat in 1935, Haymes Paint is proudly Australias largest Australian made and owned architectural and decorative paint manufacturer delivering premium, locally-made products tailored to Australian conditions.The Role:As a key member of our marketing team, and collaborating widely across the business, you will be responsible for the execution and delivery of our sponsorship, partnership and community engagement plans and activities.What Youll Do:Work closely with our marketing team, internal stakeholders, agencies and external partners to create and deliver effective sponsorship and partnership leverage plans that enhance Haymes Paints brand reputation.Take day-to-day responsibility for execution of our sponsorship, partnership and community activities at a national, state and local level.Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key partners to ensure effective and efficient delivery of agreed plans.Identify opportunities to promote and communicate our sponsorship, partnership and community activities both internally and externally.Ensure that clear commercial objectives are set for all activities, and strive for delivery of these.Monitor performance, set KPIs, report and ensure accountability across our sponsorship, partnership and community activities.What Were Looking For:An experienced and appropriately qualified marketing professional with prior experience working in the sponsorship, partnership and community areas.The ability to thrive in a complex environment with multiple competing priorities.Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to inspire, influence and engage.Strong relationship-building, communication and interpersonal skills.Proven self-leadership and organisational skills.Commercial acumen and awareness.Benefits:50% off retail price of Haymes Paint manufactured products, including friends and family discounts.6% Medibank Corporate discount.20% New Balance discount.Ongoing training and support.Access to a range of workplace health and wellbeing initiatives.Professional development opportunities.We are a 2023 Circle Back Initiative Employer we commit to respond to every applicant. #J-18808-Ljbffr
