Our team is developing advanced modelling and simulation software that will help ensure Australia''s superiority in the next-generation Electronic Warfare Battle Space. The successful candidate will work as a member of a team, leading the technical delivery of cutting-edge solutions. Responsibilities will include leading the design, implementation and stakeholder engagement, as well as conceiving and fostering new and innovative ideas, supporting the professional development of junior staff and supporting company leadership to set strategic goals. We work collaboratively and help each other to achieve outcomes that exceed the sum of our individual capabilities.What you will doDesign and development of aspects of the advanced electronic warfare simulation capabilities.Work across the full software development lifecycle on both Windows (.NET) and Linux platforms.Research and develop novel technical solutionsConsult with clients and your team in analysing and identifying requirements for development activities or workflow improvement.Support the development of junior engineers through pro-active mentoring, technical and code reviews.LocationSwordfish is headquartered in the Adelaide CBD with our teams operating from Adelaide and our client''s sites in the north of Adelaide.
