Additionally, you''ll provide insights and oversight to Divisional Compliance teams and relevant business units. This role would suit someone that has high attention to detail with a natural curiosity to dig deeper as there is a lot of investigative work in this role.What do I need?Experience in compliance, operational risk, assurance, legal, remediation, customer complaints or case management.A strong and current understanding of consumer/retail and/or business banking products and associated compliance requirements is ideal but not essential.High level of clear, concise communication via email as well as face to face as youll be working with multiple stakeholders across the business.Ability to think strategically whilst staying across the detail.Excellent analytical skills.Were obsessed with becoming our customers #1 banking partner for life and were looking for people who are passionate about helping us achieve that goal.
