You will provide technical support to Vii Clients and Account Managers to increase client program value within the Vii business. Youll investigate and resolve customer inquiries, reporting requests, and scheduled tasks. You will have the opportunity to work on website development and undertake testing of the Vii system to ensure all existing and new functionality is correct prior to a production release.This is an operational role which responds to user inquiries, assesses problems and issues, and leads the resolution.
