The Cupcake Factory, founded in 2007, has a stellar reputation of crafting a range of delicious baked cupcakes and cakes baked fresh daily.We are committed to providing an exceptional gifting experience to our customers and recipients.We are seeking a Customer Service superstar to join our young and friendly Customer Service and Order Processing area of the business, working directly with our customers to help them find their perfect gifts and cakes!We are seeking someone who is highly productive and understands what it takes to leave a positive impression on our customers.Key duties and responsibilities:First point of call for all inbound calls and sales ordersHelp customers meet their needs, from providing product and gifting advice to placing an online order, tracking their delivery and processing returnsResponding to tickets in a timely mannerMultitasking across multiple systemsAssist preparing online orders paperwork when requiredDuring peak periods, handle a high volume of inbound calls, chats and tickets as well as outbound follow upsSkills and experience:You are reliable and accountable for the success of your roleYou can multi-task, switching from one task to another regularly without making errorsYou understand the importance of following company standard operating processesAt least 2 years experience in Customer Service - ideally for an eCommerce company or baking-related businessYou have a great phone manner and genuinely love helping customersYou are not phased about dealing with the odd difficult customerExperience with customer ticketing system desirable. Eg.
