You will inherit a well-functioning finance setup and step straight into a trusted Executive position, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with senior leadership across the group. This is a hands-on role with exposure across multiple entities. You will take the lead on performance reporting, cashflow and working capital management, strategic funding conversations, and financial oversight of group operations. You''ll also support key projects such as refinancing, acquisitions, and an ongoing entity restructure. You won''t have a large team to manage - but you will lead through influence, guiding junior staff and engaging with banks, advisors, and business stakeholders. What you''ll do: In this high-impact CFO role, you''ll step into a broad and commercially focused finance leadership position - driving performance and partnering with stakeholders across a diverse private group. With core operations in hospitality and property, you will be trusted to manage financial strategy, reporting, cashflow, and growth initiatives across multiple entities. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading the preparation and presentation of board and performance reports Managing group-level cashflow, working capital, and funding strategies Assisting with financing and refinancing, including relationships with banks and private funders Providing commentary and strategic input on venue-level performance each week Supporting ongoing entity restructure and group-level financial planning Overseeing annual and half-yearly reporting, tax compliance, and consolidated financials Guiding junior finance staff and reviewing deliverables prepared by the team Managing financial risk and supporting commercial decisions across hospitality and property investments Overseeing key contracts, service agreements, and project invoicing Collaborating closely with legal, HR, and operational leaders across the group This is a hands-on executive role where you will be both strategic and detail-oriented - shaping financial direction, building trust at the top, and helping drive the next chapter of growth.
