About the Role As an Investment Banking Associate, you will be key in executing complex financial transactions across M&A, project finance, capital raising, and strategic advisory. You will collaborate with senior bankers, clients, and cross-functional teams to drive deal execution and provide critical financial insights. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth financial statement analysis, valuation, and comparable company analysis to assess investment opportunities. Support mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, debt and equity offerings, leveraged buyouts, and restructuring activities. Stay ahead of market trends, industry developments, and economic conditions affecting clients'' businesses. Build and maintain relationships with corporate executives, institutional investors, and key stakeholders. Assist in preparing transaction-related documents, presentations, and financial models for senior leadership and clients. Manage work streams, ensuring seamless execution of transactions while collaborating with legal, financial, and regulatory teams. Who Were Looking For Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, project finance, corporate development, or investment management. Sector experience in Infrastructure, Energy, Renewables, or related fields is essential. Strong financial modelling and analytical skills. Proficiency in financial research and data analysis tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
