Your role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality craftsmanship, adhering meticulously to Australian Building Codes.Your day-to-day will include:Conducting rigorous site inspections to uphold superior construction standardsMaintaining meticulous paperwork, from invoices to job programs, ensuring smooth operationsFacilitating onsite meetings to synchronise efforts and ensure seamless progressProviding comprehensive reports on job status, progress, costs, and future programs, optimising efficiencyCultivating and promoting quality practices among trades and suppliers, fostering excellenceIdentifying avenues to reduce waste, extras, and errors, maximising resource efficiencyAuditing safety protocols on-site and championing a culture of safety and well-beingWhat Youll BringYou''re a seasoned Site Manager with a knack for deciphering building plans, engineer reports, and specifications.
