They prioritize both consumer well-being and corporate responsibility in their operations.Whats in it for you?A very generous WFH policy with up to 3 days from homeConvenient Sydney based offices.Mental Health and wellbeing programsOpportunity to purchase additional leaveA forward thinking and collaborative leadership teamExtended parental leave for both mums and dads!Key Responsibilities:Oversee and guide a team of Demand & Supply Planners to develop and maintain precise and efficient demand and supply plans throughout the business.Coordinate and lead Demand Review meetings with demand planning, commercial, finance, and key collaborators to generate precise demand forecasts.Coordinate and lead Supply Review meetings with market planning, production plants, and suppliers to develop the most efficient supply and inventory plans.Accountable for the integrity of planning master data within SAP.Collaborate with the Supply Chain Leadership Team to foster a high-performing, genuine, and supportive culture throughout the organization.Design, implement, and execute strategic demand and supply management processes to support supply chain and business objectives.Serve as the primary contact for demand and supply-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution.Key Experience needed:Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, including demand and supply planning.Preferably APICS certified.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups and experience in a geographically diverse, matrix organization.Experience in leading and developing a diverse team, preferably in a planning function.Consumer Goods/ FMCG experience is a MUST.Strong analytical skills.Proven experience in presenting data and analysis to senior management teams.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Advanced Excel skillset, experience in SAP.Solid straightforward communication skills.If this exciting opportunity sounds of interest simply click APPLY and James Slaven will handle your application in confidence.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSupply Chain and ManagementIndustriesFood and Beverage ServicesFood and Beverage ManufacturingConsumer Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
