We offer true work-life balance, working from home arrangements, team events, and much more.Job DescriptionThe Project Engineer is responsible for leading the delivery aspects of their works to ensure the project is constructed to required safety standards, within budget and time and to the required level of quality.Assisting in the undertaking and delivery of a diverse range of project assurance and management consultancy assignments for major clients.Process plant, materials handling, CHPP, Non-process Infrastructure, Power, Infrastructure experience:Identification of appropriate innovation, value engineering and cost saving options.Budget and forecast monitoring.Preparation of monthly reporting.Assessing contractor claims.Provide engineering/technical advice to on-site project staff involved in the execution of works.Coordinate contractors/suppliers and monitor works to ensure project requirements are met within set budget and timeframes.Ensure relevant information is communicated to stakeholders within an appropriate timeframe.Participating in Client/contractor meetings and resolving Client/engineering and project management issues.Build and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships with all stakeholders, through honest and open relationships.Lead a safety aware culture and undertake work in activities in a safe manner.Development of client budgets, cash-flows, schedules and trend tracking.QualificationsRelevant Engineering degree or equivalent tertiary qualification.Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position with multidiscipline projects, ranging from Feasibility to Project Delivery.Minimum of 2 years experience in the management or coordination of personnel.Knowledge of project engineering design, documentation and administration.Excellent communication skills with an ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders.Strong report writing skills.Thoroughness and attention to detail and accuracy.Proficient in the use of Excel and Microsoft Project.A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle engineering, from project conception stage, through all of the operational stages to completion and post-project review.Excellent knowledge and experience of all of the main project engineering tools and techniques.Experience in project engineering for medium and large construction projects of medium to high complexity.Additional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
