Our clients value our proactive approach, depth of expertise, integrity and the quality we deliver.Experience across a broad spectrum of disciplinesAviationWaterTransportEnergy (Transmission and Renewable)Defence (Baseline or NV1 clearance required)Civil infrastructure (earthworks and other services)Job DescriptionMaintain key success criteria established for each project to ensure desirable outcomesDelivery of projects with minimal impact to existing operationsProject development identifying scope of works based on client needs including assisting in business case development and securing project fundingStakeholder coordination identification of stakeholders, liaison with all parties to capture all relevant issues, inputs and restrictions that may affect project outcomes.Procurement Coordination - including contract drafting, tender preparations and management, bid analysis and contract awards for consultants and contractorsApprovals & Planning Working with the wider project team to obtain the necessary approvalsContract Management - Ensuring compliance with contract terms in delivery of the works for consultants and contractors, processing of payments, managing change.Construction management Control of the construction site management for the safe and compliant delivery of works in conjunction with consultants and safety advisorsRisk and issues management Ensuring early identification of project risks and applying carefully considered mitigations to minimise occurrence of issuesQuality management Through coordination of all parties to ensure adherence to expected quality for both the design and construction of the projectCost and time management Planning & forecasting project spend and delivery milestonesQualificationsMinimum 5 years experienceExperience working in building construction idealAwareness of Australian building standards / codesAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects at various stages of delivery from design through to project close-outDemonstrated experience managing multi-functional projects both financially and leading a team of project managersExperience working in a dynamic, fast-paced customer centric organisationExperience in the development and delivery of projects in existing operational environmentsIndividuals who can be autonomous and can quickly learn the project delivery particulars of the client with minimal supervisionPositive attitude with the ability to contribute to the wider team beyond their assigned projectsHighly proficient communication skills that will allow swift establishment of positive relationships with the clients staff across numerous departments for each project assignedProactive approach to problem solvingDrive to progress the project delivery efficientlyAdditional InformationTurner & Townsend is an equal opportunity employer.
