He/she represents TAG as our spokesperson to oversee, maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients. This role will also involve delivering exceptional and high-quality account servicing experience, ongoing cost savings and added value for the client while working hand in hand with the Project Management team. In addition, this role will manage progression of the jobs with suppliers through the various stages in the production lifecycle and will ensure that clients are updated regularly on the progress of their work while working hand in hand with the Project Management team.Responsibilities:Procurement and project management of all packaging, POS & display materialsDevelop, maintain, and extend relationships with key clientsPerform end to end transactional project managementDevelop a deep understanding of each clients business/brand to achieve marketing objectivesWork with client to develop a comprehensive project briefLead the development of proposals, and present them to the clientWork closely with the project team on campaign executionAct as brand guardian for client in discussions with content/creative/production teams and 3rd party suppliersManaging the daily tracking and analysis of production requirements, ensuring that this data is communicated regularly to the Operations leadE-Procurement: effective introduction and management of TAG procurement and job tracking systemsTechnical Support: Provide first level support in resolving technical problems which will require knowledge of folding-cartons, litho-laminated packaging, corrugated cartons, POSM, palletization, and labels production and delivery processesAssume full responsibility for processing and production of all requests from receipt of brief through to final delivery and invoice preparationEnsure all details from the client are accurately transferred to the TAG MIS system and central reporting filesImplements Best Practice in conjunction with wider TAG operations and ensure all client Service Levels (SLAs) are metRegular liaison with clients and suppliers regarding production schedulesAttends client and supplier meetings and manages the relationship; resolves complex supplier issues, and escalates to Account Leads when neededWork in accordance to Tag operating budget with an understanding of P&L and billing processesRequirements:Design or Print, and management degree and/or certifications preferredExperience in a packaging, visual merchandising or point of sales displays environment with at least 4 years of experience in managing marketing materials, displays design and sourcing projects as well as commercial printing technologies. FMCG experience a bonus.Technical knowledge of folding-cartons, litho-laminated packaging, corrugated cartons, POSM, and labels production and delivery processes providing technical input as required.Ability to determine the best packaging solution, and take it through specification, development, quoting and artwork brief.Working knowledge of litho, flexo and digital printing processes and substrates is required.Advanced knowledge of Prototype and Sampling developmentPalletization skills highly desirableAble to provide project leadership to teams, managing/executing client projectsAble to manage and resolve issuesGoal-oriented, can-do attitudeStrong time management skills and process disciplineStrong communicator written and verbal at all levelsMeticulous and detail-orientedMicrosoft suite proficiency especially PowerPoint and Excel.We offer competitive remuneration package and fringe benefits to the successful candidate.
