Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.About Your RoleScope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Project Manager to work within our Service Excellence Team within our Supported Independent Living (SIL) Program.Scope has one of Australias largest providers for SIL services and the Service Excellence SIL Strengthening Program is integral to Scopes strategic direction and is part of the broader, multi-year organisational transformation.Your Key FocusUsing effective project management skills and methodologies, you will coordinate a range of deliverables with program leads that deliver more efficient and effective ways of working.You will:Work collaboratively with subject matter experts to lead and track progress on planned activitiesDevelop and implement strategies and tools for the continuous monitoring and evaluation of projects including risk and contingency managementManage stakeholder relationships through provision of expert advice, effective communication and negotiationDevelop and deliver performance reports and dashboards for ongoing monitoring and reviewWhat We Look ForExperience with service quality awarenessAbility to demonstrate planning and coordination within the service streamExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience in project management within Disability and/or Community Services sectorWe are committed to filling this role quickly, so while applications for this role will close on Sunday 28 April 2025, we will be reviewing applications as they come in and may interview suitable candidates prior to closing date.
